Cotton Buffs

For use with a rotary tool for polishing stainless-steel cases and bracelets.

This is what I use when working with Dialux compounds.

Dialux Compounds

Dialux is a premium polishing compound.

This is what I use for polishing stainless steel and brass.

The Best lapping film

I’ve tried a lot of diamond lapping film and this is by far the best one I’ve used.

If you saw the video I did on polishing screws, I used the 6 Micron, 3 Micron, 1 micron, and then finished with the .05 Micron.

Plate Glass for lapping film

You need a flat surface the polished screw heads and these glass plates are sized for the four by 11 diamond lapping film.

I put one Micron grit on each side.

PIn Polisher

These are the pin polishers I used to clean up balance pivots.

The green ones are really the only ones you need for that but the other grits are nice to have at the shop as well.

Leather Buff

Not only are these leather buffs great for final polishing on cases, but these are the buffs I like to use to polish end-stones on watchmaker paper.

Polywatch

If you only need to Polish one watch crystal and you want to keep it cheap and easy Polywatch is probably the best way to go.

It contains everything you need, other than elbow grease.

Fine Sandpaper Assortment

If you’re polishing cases by hand you’re gonna need good sandpaper and this is probably one of the best out there.

Outlasts every other sandpaper I’ve used.
