Update to Journeyman Course Layout

I’m reaching out about the update to the layout of the Journeyman Watchmaking course, designed to make accessing your lessons more streamlined.

You may have noticed a change in how the lessons are presented within your course account. Previously, some students had to navigate between separate course sections, including a standalone escapement course. We’ve now combined the escapement course directly into the Journeyman course as its own dedicated lesson, so everything you need is conveniently in one place.

Additionally, there is now no requirement to complete a specific lesson to move on to the next. This flexibility will allow you to explore topics as you wish and at your own pace.

If you’ve completed previous lessons and would like them marked as “Complete,” simply revisit each lesson, scroll to the bottom, and click on the “Complete” button.

If you have completed test’s and would like them to show as complete,, retake the test and just pick any random answer to complete it. Hopefully you can use this opportunity as a review.

I understand this may require some extra steps, and I appreciate your patience as we transition to this updated layout. Many of these changes were based on feedback from students like you, so I hope you find the improvements beneficial.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a part of the Journeyman course. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Warm regards,
Alex Hamilton
